Middelburg, Eastern Cape – Two Eastern Cape music producers are making waves again after returning with new music and exciting plans for the future.
Nkosinathi Sambo, known as DJ Mbosta, and Anathi Mangali, known as Luyolo, are DJs and Gqom producers who began working together in 2020. The duo is from Middelburg in the Eastern Cape and has been steadily building their name in the local music scene.
Their journey started with the release of their first single titled “Church Dombolic.” The track helped introduce their energetic sound to audiences and opened the door for collaborations with other artists.
Over the years, the pair have worked with several musicians, including Diesel SA, Luniko, and Sqedda, as they continued developing their signature Gqom and house-influenced sound.
After a period without releasing new music, DJ Mbosta and Luyolo have recently returned with a brand new single titled “House of Gqom.” According to the producers, the song has already received a positive response from fans who had been waiting for new material.
The duo says the comeback marks the beginning of a new phase in their music journey.
They are currently working on an EP, which they plan to release soon. The upcoming project is expected to showcase their evolving sound and further establish them as emerging producers from the Eastern Cape.
In addition to releasing new music, the artists are also available for DJ bookings and live performances, and they hope to connect with more fans through events and shows.
