Youth training programme underway in Bomela Village

A youth training programme is currently underway in Bomela Village, where 90 young people are receiving training certificates as part of a skills development initiative.

The event is being attended by Executive Mayor Dr Samkelo Janda, who is visiting the village during the handover of certificates.

The training was conducted by Dicla Training Projects in collaboration with the Department of Employment and Labour and Mbhashe Local Municipality.

According to organisers, the programme forms part of ongoing efforts to provide young people with access to skills development opportunities through partnerships between training providers, national government departments, and local municipalities.
