Chris Hani District Municipality is doing this not according to pieces of legislation that gorvenes the Municipality. They can’t adopt a Budget and Tariffs having not responded to objections formally written to them. They dont follow the law, they are unprofessional because they can’t even acknowledge receipt of letters especially the Municipal Manager who is the accounting officer. The Ratepayers Association and Residents are an important Stakeholder in a Municipality.
