The Whittlesea Police are appealing to the public for urgent assistance in locating 53-year-old Simon Roji, who has been missing since Friday, 24 October 2025. Roji is from Nkandla Location, Whittlesea, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a yellow T-shirt.

A Family Gathering Turns to Fear

According to police reports, Roji and his family had gone to the river near Nkandla (Old Location) to prepare for a traditional ceremony scheduled for that evening. During the night, the family members reportedly fell asleep near the riverside. When they woke up around 04:00 on Saturday morning, Simon was nowhere to be found.
