Morning crash on Komani Street leaves three hospitalised

A two-vehicle collision was reported on Friday morning, 10 April 2026, along Komani Street near the army base turn-off, prompting a multi-agency emergency response.

According to information from emergency services, the crash occurred at around 11:00. Multiple response teams, including EMS, traffic officials, private breakdown services and SAPS, were dispatched to the scene.

Paramedics assessed several individuals at the scene. A total of three patients were transported to Frontier Hospital for further medical care, while others received on-site assistance.

Once all necessary procedures were completed, the scene was formally handed over to SAPS for further investigation.
