Two cars collide with cow on N6 near Lesseyton
A crash involving two vehicles and a cow on the N6 near Lesseyton village has once again highlighted growing concerns about livestock on roads around Komani.
The incident happened at approximately 18:40 on 27 April 2026, when a Toyota Starlet and an Isuzu bakkie collided with a cow on the roadway.
Emergency services responded to the scene, including EMS, traffic officials and SAPS. One female patient, classified as a yellow triage case, was transported to Frontier Hospital by a Red Alert ambulance for further medical treatment.
No fatalities were reported.
