LIVE LOOTING SHOCK! N6 Gridlock as Thirsty Locals Strip Beer Truck BARE – TONIGHT!
KOMANI – The N6 highway has been thrown into chaos tonight (Monday, December 1, 2025) around 20:50, after a disastrous U-turn by a truck driver near Birch Farm led to a sudden, full-scale beer-looting frenzy!
A massive interlink truck, allegedly hauling thousands of quarts of Black Label, attempted a risky manoeuvre between Ezibeleni and Birch Farm. The move immediately backfired, with the heavy vehicle sinking deep into the mud and completely blocking the entire N6.
The 20-Minute Blitz: Still Warm Beer Gone!
Security sources confirmed that the moment the truck was immobilised, locals didn’t wait for the traffic lights to change—they went straight for the booze!
“The truck was full of beer,” a security source reported. The security team was scrambled immediately. “We arrived to try and safeguard the truck from the time we got the call, within 15-20 minutes,” the source explained.
But the speed of the thirsty crowds was unbelievable. By the time multiple teams—including SOV Security, Red Guard Security, Watchful Safety and Security, and the police—got to the muddy roadblock, the party was already over.
“By the time we arrived on scene, the truck was empty,” the source stated, confirming the total loss of the cargo.
December Starts with a Bang, Literally!
The looters were a mix of the community from Birch Farm and ordinary road users who saw the golden opportunity. They wasted no time making off with their festive haul, securing an instant head-start on the December celebrations.
The security team on site was deeply disappointed by the community’s lack of respect for the law and the accident. “It’s actually quite disheartening that the community went so far and the way they acted when they saw that it was Black Label quarts,” the source lamented.
In a final act of bitter irony, one security guard reportedly remarked: “The looting gods were very proud of the looters.”
Traffic is currently being diverted as authorities work to remove the now-empty truck and clear the N6. An investigation into the incident is expected.
