Komani News has seen a video circulating that shows the moment of the explosion at the substation.

Residents in nearby areas reported that electricity went offline at the same time the explosion was observed, suggesting a possible link between the incident and the widespread power interruption. Some community members described a loud bang and a visible flash near the substation shortly before the outage occurred.
