Motorbike Crash on R61 Near Qamata, EMS Responds
Emergency services were called to a collision between a motorbike and a motor vehicle on the R61 between Qamata and St Mark’s on Sunday evening.
According to information circulated, the incident occurred between Qamata and St Mark’s along the busy regional route. Initial communication indicated that a motorbike had collided with a motor vehicle and that an ambulance was urgently required at the scene.
It was reported that the driver of a scooter had allegedly been involved in a hit-and-run near the Qamata fields close to a power station. The injured rider was reportedly found between trees in the area, and emergency medical services (EMS) were requested.
