Siphelele Macakati of the Komani Runner’s Club claimed first place in the 10km event at the KMC Nite Race, hosted by the Knysna Marathon Club on Saturday afternoon. The race, run at sunset along the streets of Knysna, attracted athletes from across the country and is known for its competitive field and challenging conditions.

Macakati crossed the finish line in an impressive time of 33 minutes and 09 seconds, securing a decisive victory in the 10km category and earning praise from fellow athletes and organisers alike.
