DA to host online meeting on revised electricity pricing policy.

The Democratic Alliance in Enoch Mgijima will host an online public meeting on Thursday, 8 October 2026, to discuss the Revised Electricity Pricing Policy.

The policy has been gazetted and is currently open for public comment.

DA National Spokesperson on Electricity and Energy, Kevin Mileham MP, will address the virtual meeting and explain what is contained in the Government Gazette.

The discussion will also focus on how the revised pricing policy could affect households and businesses.

The meeting will be held virtually on Zoom, giving members of the public an opportunity to hear more about the proposed changes to electricity pricing.

The virtual town hall is scheduled to begin at 19:00 on Thursday, 8 October 2026.
