Another Major Fuel Price Increase Expected in November.
South African motorists could face another significant fuel price increase in November, just weeks after the sharp increases experienced in October.
The latest unaudited fuel price data, covering the period up to 15 October 2026, indicates that 95 unleaded petrol is currently tracking towards an increase of approximately R2.06 per litre, while 50ppm diesel could rise by around R1.38 per litre.
Illuminating paraffin could also see a substantial increase of approximately R3.26 per litre.
Should these increases materialise, motorists and businesses will face further financial pressure, particularly those relying heavily on diesel for transport, agriculture and deliveries.
Higher fuel costs could also place additional pressure on the prices of goods and services, as businesses attempt to recover increased transport and operating expenses.
The projected adjustments remain preliminary and could change before the official November fuel prices are announced.
The new fuel prices are expected to take effect on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
Komani News will provide further updates as the official fuel price announcement approaches.
