An assist by Ahlumile Mogale helped Anathi Bhushula score the only goal of the match, giving their side a much deserved win.

The second half was a different ball game as Alaska started defending in numbers while Kaizer was attacking from all sides of the field.

Speaking with Komani News after the game, Alaska FC coach Lindokuhle Resha said the game was a tough match as every encounter between the two teams is a tough one.

“In our last game Kaizer United beat us and now we had to return the favour and win at home,” he said.

Resha said he won the game as a result of his new strategy which he has implemented since the beginning of the mayor’s.

“The strategy has been working as a result I have only considered one goal in four games and that proves that the strategy is working,” he said.

He said their goal came from the assist and that shows that his players have applied what we have been practising and it paid off.
