Schools interested in participating are requested to complete a registration form to provide necessary details for planning purposes. The deadline for submissions is Friday, 7 November 2025. Organisers emphasise that early registration is encouraged to ensure smooth scheduling of matches and activities.

The festival reflects a growing emphasis on youth sports development in the Enoch Mgijima region, giving children the chance to gain confidence, develop skills, and engage in healthy competition. Activities will be supervised by school staff, ensuring safety and adherence to all relevant sporting guidelines.
