Four Injured in Vehicle Rollover at Lady Frere Turnoff

Four people were injured when a single vehicle overturned on the R392 near the Lady Frere junction on Sunday morning.

According to emergency services information, the accident occurred at approximately 09:45.

Emergency Medical Services, traffic officials, SAPS members and rescue personnel responded to the scene.

A total of four occupants sustained injuries in the crash and were transported to Frontier Hospital for medical treatment.

Two women were classified as having moderate injuries and were transported separately by ambulance. A further male and female patient sustained minor injuries and were also taken to Frontier Hospital.

The cause of the crash has not yet been disclosed.

Several emergency vehicles attended the incident, including EMS ambulances, traffic services and SAPS officials, who assisted at the scene while emergency crews managed the response.

No fatalities were reported.
