Concern grows as Komani family searches for missing man last seen in December

A family has issued a public appeal for help in locating a missing man who was last seen leaving Komani late last year, raising growing concern as months pass without contact.

According to information shared with Komani News, the missing man has been identified as Jackson Majoang, also known as “Papa Jack.” His family says he left Queenstown (Komani) in the Eastern Cape around December, reportedly travelling to Ventersburg in the Free State.

“He normally disappears for a month or two and then comes back as if nothing happened,” the family member explained. “But this time is different. He did not reach Ventersburg, and his phone has been off since the last week of December.”

The prolonged silence has now prompted the family to seek public assistance in tracing his whereabouts.
